“At the beginning of the 21st Century, there was estimated to only be 94 Iberian Lynx left in existance.
However, due to increased conservation efforts with helping habitats, translocating and various other factors, the population has said to now be around 2021 individuals - reclassifying its status from 'critically endangered' to 'vulnerable'.”
